About Carlisle
As someone who has spent the past 22 years in Austin, Carlisle has a true passion for all things Austin, Texas. Carlisle grew up in Dallas and moved to Austin after graduating from Texas Tech University. Carlisle has lived in North Austin, Barton Creek, Westlake, Brykerwoods, and now Dripping Springs. Carlisle has called Dripping Springs home for the past 10 years and has watched the community blossom into what it is now.
Carlisle’s broad range of experience enables her to successfully navigate the many aspects of real estate transactions on behalf of her clients. She spent 6 years in the mortgage industry before realizing that her true passion was on the other side of the transaction; marketing and selling real estate. Carlisle spent 3 years in the design industry, where she realized she had an eye for seeing the bigger picture. Because of this, she has been able to help her clients see the potential in a property. She has spent the past 10 years developing her expertise in contracts, negotiations, and inspections and is a member of DSE.
Carlisle loves helping people find a home that best fits their needs. She has worked with both first-time and seasoned home buyers and sellers. Carlisle has worked with clients that are brand new to Texas and clients that have lived in Austin for all of their lives. Each transaction poses its own challenges, and Carlisle helps her clients tackle each one in a positive way. In addition to residential real estate, Carlisle has built a portfolio of farm and ranch sales across the hill country.
Carlisle currently lives in Dripping Springs with her husband and their 2 children. In her free time, Carlisle enjoys traveling, camping, hunting, playing outside with her kids, trying new restaurants, and exploring the Hill Country. Carlisle is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors®, Texas Tech Alumni Association, and Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. Carlisle is passionate about community service and is involved in Foundation Communities, Habitat for Humanity, and Casa.
